By using agrawaldairy.com or placing orders with Agrawal Dairy, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.
Product availability depends on daily stock; the store page reflects live availability.
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions; natural variation in fresh dairy is normal.

We deliver to selected Pune pincodes only — the checkout checks your pincode before you pay.
The delivery fee shown at checkout is the final fee charged on your order.
A minimum order value applies to home delivery; store pickup has no minimum.
Delivery time estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Self-pickup is available at our Raviwar Peth store during business hours (7 AM – 9 PM).
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or pickup.

We accept online payment (cards, UPI, netbanking via Razorpay), manual UPI transfer (confirmed by our team before processing), and pay-at-store for pickup orders.
Cash on delivery (COD) may be offered for home delivery at our discretion; when enabled, please keep exact change ready — the rider collects payment at your door.
An online order is confirmed only after payment succeeds and is verified on our servers.
Online orders left unpaid are automatically cancelled after 30 minutes and no amount is charged.
Manual UPI orders remain on hold until our team verifies your transfer.
We do not store your card or UPI credentials; payments are processed by Razorpay.

You can cancel an order from your account any time before it is packed and ready for dispatch.
We may cancel an order if items are unavailable or delivery is not possible; you will be notified.
If you cancel — or we cancel — a prepaid order before dispatch, the refund is initiated to your original payment method (automatically for Razorpay payments) and typically reflects within 5–7 business days (bank dependent). UPI transfers are refunded manually within 3 working days.
COD orders are cancelled free of charge before dispatch since no money has changed hands.
No refund is due for unpaid orders that are cancelled or auto-expired, since no money was captured.
Perishable goods cannot be returned once delivered, except for quality issues reported within 24 hours with photos; verified issues are refunded or replaced.

Agrawal Dairy is not liable for indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the order value.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
